Jerros Oil and Gas Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied matters Act on the 16th day of June 2016, for the purpose of production, import and export of petroleum and allied products. 

Our business portfolio covers activities ranging from Cargo trading, to the supply of bunker fuels, lubricants and other services of crucial importance to the shipping industry at competitive prices.

Our policy thrust to provide quality, timely and efficient service delivery to our clients and prospects both locally and internationally is the pearl of our wisdom and continual existence in the industry.
The company started the business of importing petroleum products later in 2016 and operated in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry. A few years later, 2019 to be precise, the company ventured into the downstream sector by seeking to invest in petroleum products service stations. That investment achieved the desired result with the company operating a petroleum products service station in Badagry from 2022. The company is currently in the process of opening more service stations to grow the network.

In line with our ongoing policy of environmental awareness, Jerros Oil and Gas Limited offers slops removal and disposal for fuel oil and lubricants in compliance with the regulations stipulated by the MARPOL convention.
