Jerros Nigeria Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied matters Act on the 22nd day of April 1996, for the purpose of import and export of Agricultural commodities and allied products.
The company started the business of export in the same year 1996 when it engaged in wood export to Europe, Far East and Asia. By the year 1997, Jerros Nigeria Limited established a wood processing outfit along Ibadan –Ijebu ode road odo-ona kekere area, Ibadan Oyo state to cater for its wood export business and process for people desiring its services.
By the year 2000, the company opened another wood processing company at Akinfosile Town along Ijebu-ode – Ore expressway in Ondo state and later on in the year 2002, the Sagamu branch in Ogun state of the wood processing factory was established thereby expanding the export business. This business of wood export was ongoing till late 2009/2010 when the company felt the need to embark on commodities export. By the year 2010, Jerros Nigeria Limited diversified to commodities such as dried hibiscus flower, Sesame seed, Ginger, Cashew and Chilies, Peanut etc as its main export to Europe, USA, Mexico, Germany, Far East and Asia.
Today Jerros Nigeria Limited is one of the leading companies that engage in agricultural commodities export from Nigeria. It is pertinent to note that Jerros Nigeria Limited as a family business has consistently engaged in export business for well over two decades now and it still remain in the forefront of commodities export in Nigeria till date.
Jerros Nigeria Limited is a member of Nigerian- Mexican Chamber of Commerce, member Nigerian-German chamber of Commerce, member Nigerian- American chamber and The African Chamber of Commerce (AFCHAM).
The company has its subsidiary Bims Commercial Ventures Nigeria Limited which engages in the importation of fresh fruits and fish feeds from South Africa and China respectively as well as hospitality business in Nigeria.
